# GOI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GOI, including the GOI mobile game, multiplayer features, profiles, subscriptions, and related services ("GOI", the "App", or the "Service").

By using GOI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GOI.

## 1. Who May Use GOI

You may use GOI only if you can legally enter into these Terms and are old enough to use online account, multiplayer, and subscription services under the laws where you live.

GOI is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use GOI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

## 2. Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- all activity that happens through your account;
- promptly telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may disable, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or are required to be removed by law or platform rules.

## 3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Trials

GOI may offer subscriptions, free trials, paid features, or other purchases.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or other authorized store providers. Store billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the applicable store terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

- subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled;
- cancellation must be managed through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings;
- deleting your GOI account does not automatically cancel store billing;
- after cancellation, you may continue to use paid features until the end of the current paid period, depending on store rules and entitlement status;
- refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

GOI may use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements across platforms.

## 4. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from My Profile inside GOI or by contacting us at `[info@getgoi.com]`.

If GOI detects an active store subscription, the App may first direct you to App Store or Google Play subscription management before confirming account deletion.

When you confirm deletion:

- your account may be disabled and you may be signed out;
- your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after the deletion period shown in the App, currently 14 days;
- after the deletion period, GOI deletes account data associated with your account unless retention is required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, or regulatory reasons.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through the store.

## 5. Multiplayer, Voice, and Online Conduct

GOI includes online multiplayer and voice features. You agree not to:

- harass, threaten, abuse, or target other users;
- share hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content;
- impersonate others;
- exploit bugs, cheat, interfere with gameplay, or disrupt servers;
- collect or share another user's personal information without permission;
- use GOI for spam, scams, fraud, or commercial solicitation;
- attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or bypass GOI systems.

We may provide tools such as mute, block, report, and host kick. These tools are intended to support safe gameplay and do not guarantee that all unwanted conduct will be prevented.

## 6. User Content

GOI may allow you to submit or display content, including display names, profile information, bug reports, moderation reports, chat/voice interactions, and gameplay-related data ("User Content").

You keep ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, and use it as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support GOI.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to submit it.

## 7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or preserve User Content and account data when needed to:

- operate moderation tools;
- investigate reports or abuse;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with law, platform requirements, or legal process;
- protect users, GOI, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access to GOI for violations of these Terms.

## 9. Intellectual Property

GOI, including its software, gameplay systems, artwork, designs, text, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by `[Developer / Company Name]` or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GOI for personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from GOI except where allowed by law.

## 10. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue GOI or any feature at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, third-party services, platform accounts, or an active subscription.

We do not guarantee that GOI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

## 11. Third-Party Services

GOI may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Photon multiplayer/voice services, and platform cloud services.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, billing systems, platform rules, or external content.

## 12. Disclaimers

GOI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

## 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, `[Developer / Company Name]` will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to GOI or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to use GOI in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits of liability, so some limits may not apply to you.

## 14. Termination

You may stop using GOI at any time. You may also request account deletion as described above.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse GOI, or if required by law or platform rules.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

## 15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the App or by another appropriate method.

Your continued use of GOI after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

## 16. Governing Law
