This Privacy Policy explains how GOI ("GOI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the GOI mobile game and related services.

## Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide accounts, gameplay, multiplayer, subscriptions, safety tools, support, and app reliability.

### Account information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

- Email address
- Firebase user ID
- Login/authentication status
- Email verification status
- Account creation and account deletion request timestamps

### Gameplay and profile information

GOI may store gameplay-related data such as:

- Player display name
- Avatar and color choices
- Game progress and save data
- Badge history, profile card data, game stats, and related gameplay records
- Multiplayer room/session metadata needed to run the game

### Multiplayer voice and networking data

GOI uses multiplayer networking and voice services to let players play and speak with each other during online sessions.

Voice communication is transmitted to support live gameplay. We do not intentionally record or store voice chat content on our servers. Third-party multiplayer/voice providers may process network identifiers and connection data to provide the service.

### Moderation and safety information

To keep GOI safe and functional, we may collect:

- Player reports submitted through the in-game report flow
- Kick/moderation event records
- Blocked user records
- Reported player ID, reporter ID, room/session context, and report reason

### Bug reports and support

If you submit a bug report or contact support, we may collect:

- The message you submit
- Your account ID and email, if logged in
- App version
- Platform
- Device model and operating system
- Relevant context needed to investigate the issue

### Subscription and purchase information

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive subscription status information such as:

- Whether you have an active subscription or entitlement
- Product or package identifier
- Renewal or expiration date
- RevenueCat app user ID linked to your Firebase user ID
- Store subscription management URL, when available

## How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Create and manage your GOI account
- Provide cloud save, gameplay progress, and profile features
- Run multiplayer sessions
- Provide subscriptions, trials, entitlements, and paywall access checks
- Show your profile/subscription status
- Process reports, blocks, moderation events, and safety tools
- Investigate bugs, crashes, and support requests
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse
- Comply with legal, store, tax, security, and platform obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

## Third-Party Services

GOI uses third-party services to provide core functionality. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Current service categories include:

- Firebase Authentication: account login and user identity
- Firebase Firestore / Firebase Functions: account, gameplay, moderation, bug report, and deletion workflows
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement management
- Apple App Store and Google Play: purchases, subscriptions, billing, and subscription cancellation
- Photon Fusion / Photon Voice: multiplayer networking and live voice communication
- Platform cloud services, when enabled: cloud save or platform account features

## Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

You can use the in-app Cancel Subscription button to open the store subscription management page when available. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately delete your account. You may continue to use paid features until the end of the current paid period, depending on store rules and subscription status.

Deleting your GOI account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play billing. If you have an active subscription, GOI will ask you to manage/cancel your subscription in the store before confirming account deletion.

## Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your GOI account from My Profile inside the app.

When you request account deletion:

- GOI first asks you to manage/cancel any active store subscription, if one is detected.
- You must confirm deletion with the Delete Anyway button.
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after the configured deletion period, currently 14 days.
- During this period, your account may be disabled and you may be signed out.
- After the deletion period, GOI deletes account data associated with your account unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, dispute, tax, or regulatory reasons.

Deleted data may include:

- Firebase account record
- Firestore user document and subcollections
- Stored gameplay/profile data linked to your account
- Blocked user records owned by your account
- Moderation/report/bug documents linked to your account, except where retention is needed for safety, legal, or abuse prevention
- RevenueCat customer record linked to your GOI user ID

## Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including gameplay features, account access, subscriptions, safety, support, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

General retention approach:

- Account and gameplay data: kept while your account is active.
- Bug reports and support requests: kept as long as needed to investigate and improve the app.
- Moderation and safety records: may be retained longer when needed to prevent abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
- Account deletion requests: kept as needed to process, verify, and audit deletion.
- Backup copies: may remain for a limited period until overwritten or deleted in normal backup cycles.

## Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated access, Firebase security rules, server-side deletion functions, and limiting sensitive secret keys to backend services.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## Children

GOI is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law to use online account and multiplayer services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

## Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of certain data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

## International Data Processing

GOI and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer or process information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
